Calling all Women in Leadership to join us for our WIL Monthly Mentoring Session. This is for mentors and mentees and you will be matched up at the event based on the topic of discussion. Our meetings will be held on the first Thursday of every month from 7:30-8:30am at Cafe Santa Rosa Coffee in Peoria Heights. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY IF YOU WANT TO ORDER COFFEE. The meeting will start promptly at 7:30 and end at 8:30.

For May our topic of discussion is "The Struggle is Real" We will match  mentors and mentees in small groups to discuss different types of concerns and issues we face in our professional careers and leadership roles. Let's learn and grow together as we share our experiences in how we stay on top of the everyday struggles we encounter.
